IsoRx Inc. is fully USP <797> compliant, with ISO 5 compounding environments certified by third-party inspectors semi-annually. IsoRx performs radiochemical and radionuclidic purity tests on all radiopharmaceuticals and employs the latest instant pyrogen testing equipment and sterility testing to ensure a sterile and pyrogen-free product when indicated.

Since its founding in 1996, IsoRx has been the first in a number of projects. IsoRx was the first radiopharmacy to micro-encapsulate compounded radioiodine for thyroid therapy, and the first independent radiopharmacy in California. IsoRx established the first independent PET/CT center in San Francisco and the first 16MEV cyclotrons in West Texas. IsoRx also opened the first private PET/CT center in Mexico with an integrated 16MEV cyclotron.
